By uniting unique high-end technologies across the full digital continuum with 57,000 world-class talents, Eviden expands the possibilities of data and technology, now and for generations to come.Aviation Development Centre – Join us on multi-year journey to reshape the European Skies!About the opportunity and Customer:Eurocontrol is one of our key Customers in the Airspace Industry and has embarked on the multi-year journey of IT landscape modernisation to increase efficiency of the European Air Traffic Management systems.Working as a part of the Eurocontrol delivery team you will be engaged in the delivery of cutting-edge IT systems supporting pan-European aviation and shaping the future of European Air Traffic Management under the most critical programme in European public sector area.Job Overview: The Cloud Operations Quality manager will be an integral part of the Cloud Operations team, responsible for addressing Quality & Compliance related queries and driving the standardization of processes within the team and across relevant external teams. The role requires close collaboration with aviation industry customer, as well as other departments to ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality in cloud operations and their development & operational processes.Reports To: Cloud Operations ManagerKey Responsibilities:

  • Safety & Compliance Queries:
  • Set up Initial Safety Support Assessments in collaboration with Operations team members and the Eviden\Atos safety, quality and security team.
  • Maintain close collaboration with the Eviden\Atos safety, quality and security team to address safety and compliance issues.
  • Process Standardization:
  • Develop and maintain run procedures with support from the CloudOps run team.
  • Develop and maintain development procedures with support from the CloudOps platform team.
  • Standardize quality, PMO, and development processes with support from relevant teams outside of operations.
  • Deliver project-based deliverables as required.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Standardize actions resulting from continuous improvement initiatives in close collaboration with the Cloud operations manager; Service Delivery Manager & Scrum master
  • Lead reviews, audits, and remediation actions to ensure compliance with defined processes.
  • Conduct documentation quality reviews.
  • Quality Assurance and Control:
  • Develop and implement Quality Gates and Quality Reports.
  • Oversee Software Quality Control.
  • Manage non-conformances and corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain quality files to record results of QA activities during the software development cycle.
  • Process Framework Development:
  • Develop the internal process framework as outlined in the Quality Management Plan (QMP).
  • Provide assurance on the quality of internal processes supporting software delivery for the iNM Programme, aligned with best practices and international standards such as ISO 9001.

Qualifications:

  • Few years experience in similar role related to corporate quality\ Lean management or corporate business operations or IT projects
  • Experience in IT field and strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality management principles.
  • Proven experience in one of safety, compliance, quality assurance.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to lead audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Willingness to learn aviation industry specifics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant international standards.
  • Certifications in Quality Assurance or relevant fields (e.g., ISO 9001 Auditor).
  • Experience in working with safety, quality, and security teams.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
