As IT Project Manager, Sales Execution and Analytics you will manage all projects related to Sales Execution including SFA/CRM and Perfect Store implementations and any associated reporting.

You will partner with the Business stakeholders and key users to execute the full life cycle of a project from inception (business case) to close-out of the project after hypercare following standard PMI processes and documentation.

You will be working closely with your business partners to create business cases, business requirement documents, detailed project plans, risk-issue logs, RACI matrixes and other project management documentation.

Additionally, you will be managing communications to the C-level suite, core team members, stakeholders, and end-users requiring the ability to flex your communications based on your audience.

This role will require you to work on multiple projects at one time and take on project management, business analysis and application support responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

Project Delivery and Support

  • Deliver and maintain end-to-end solutions for Sales Execution solutions

  • Responsible for project management, including budget, scope, timeline, risks, resources, deliverables and documentation

  • Partner and collaborate with the Business team to ensure successful adoption of the solutions through a strong Change Management program then consistent post-Go Live engagement with the Business

  • Manage relationships with vendors involved in the Sales Execution solutions landscape

  • Manage efficient support and enhancements of the solutions, including escalation and project/solution related conflicts

  • Challenge, prioritize and translate Business needs into functional and technical specifications

  • Work closely with the Data & Analytics team to ensure successful delivery of Sales analytics, optimizing their involvement in a cost and time effective manner

Governance

  • Develop consistent ways of working with key stakeholders

  • Report to both Business and IT Management and Executives in a structured and appealing way

  • Ensure compliance with all internal IT processes (IT SPO governance, IT Procurement policy, etc.)

  • Work towards continuous improvement to the internal IT Project Management methodology

Internal Stakeholders:

  • Global Commercial Sales Team

What We’re Looking for in You:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong aptitude for Project Management and Support services with 6+ years of experience managing large scale cross functional projects

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting Sales teams and SFA / CRM tools; Experience implementing Kantar XTEL is a plus

  • Advanced understanding of Sales Data structure

  • Knowledge and use of Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI is a plus)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts

  • Strong vendor management experience

  • Experience in business analysis and process mapping: capacity to understand business needs and challenge thinking on process choices

  • Strong planning, facilitation, and organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with strong collaboration and influencing skills; strong negotiation skills, ability to push-back when needed, proactive, solutions-oriented approach

  • Ability to work well on cross-functional / global project teams and foster a team environment

  • Customer service attitude and embracing IT as a service provider

  • Experience in a CPG company will be a plus
