- Assistance to CMO in managing projects
- Management of corporate task managers (Jira)
- Creation of templates and rules for assigning tasks to different teams
- Managing projects in the middle of the team (according to the SDLC cycle), improving the product and introducing new business features
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the task managerâs work
- Thousands of reports on the effectiveness of the work team
- Using in the planning of SCRUM / Kanban methods
- Preparation of reports based on the results of competitions and planning
- Preparing the Agenda for planning
- Analysis from the CMO of current business processes, their descriptions, detection of shortcomings and improvements
- Control of all corporate accounts and access to them
- Statement of correct technical specifications on the site, adding technical benefits
- Communication with the media buyer team
Candidate Requirements:
- 3+ years working as a Project Manager/Business Analyst
- Russian or Ukrainian speaker
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivel
- High level of communication skills to interact with the team and stakeholders
- Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems
- Leadership qualities, ability to motivate the team
- Negotiation and conflict management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Understanding of client-server architecture and principles of web applications
- Understanding of working with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana
Nice-To-Have:
- Dev / QA technical background (education, completed courses, etc.);
- AdTech/Arbitrage experience
- Experience in managing several projects at the same time
