We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple IT projects for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects or working on projects within an MSP environment, with specific experience in cloud migrations, digital transformation projects, cybersecurity, and network management.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and risk assessments.

• Client Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project deliverables, progress, and issues.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Team Coordination:

• Coordinate project team members, ensuring that tasks are allocated and deadlines are met.

• Conduct project team meetings and provide clear, concise communication regarding project status and expectations.

• Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges.

• Monitor and adjust project plans as necessary to ensure successful project completion.

• Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and client expectations.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Budget Management:

• Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and financial targets are met.

• Prepare and present budget reports to senior management.

  Key Sills / Attributes

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, within an MSP or IT environment.

• Proven experience managing IT projects such as cloud migrations, digital transformation projects, cybersecurity, and network management.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.

• Proficiency in project management tools e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Connectwise.

  Desirable Skills / Certifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity tools.

• Strong technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure and services.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile PRINCE2, ITIL).

  Package Details

• Salary is up to £55k pa, dependant on experience and accreditations

• 24 Days Holiday Increasing with 2 & 3 years service plus 1 day off for your birthday each year

• The hours of work are 37.5 per week. 

• Based out of our Milton Keynes Office .
