We have a vast and ever-evolving portfolio of brands primed to play an important part in everything from modernizing infrastructure around the world to enabling the next generation of electric and autonomous vehicles.We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team at our facility in Asturias, Spain.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in IT project management, and proven working experience in project management (Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred).
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies (SaaS and PaaS).
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce would be ideal.
• Language Skills: Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc), methodologies, and best practices.
• Skills: Customer orientation, multitasking, attention to details, project management, organizational skills, problem solving, analysis, resourcefulness.
