Novo Nordisk is expanding our manufacturing capacity to meet growing global demand. As part of this journey, the Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) Program responsible for building new production facilities worldwide. We are looking for a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join us in this critical role. You will lead the implementation of global IT systems across multiple international projects, contributing to Novo Nordisk’s mission of delivering life-changing treatments. About the role
As an IT Project Manager in the IT& Automation team, you will take on a key role in supporting  the implementation of around 18 Global IT Systems across a large portfolio of domestic and international projects. Your main responsibilities will include:

-Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between project team members, stakeholders, and external suppliers.
-Identifying opportunities for improvement in project execution, applying best practices, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
-Supporting deliverables within the IT team, diving into technical matters and analyzing specific challenges to develop solutions that address both site-specific and global IT needs.
-Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
-Acting as the central point of contact for all project team members and stakeholders, coordinating deliverables and ensuring smooth execution.
-Developing and maintaining sprint plans, governance frameworks, status reports, and key project documentation to support project transparency and accountability.
-Planning and facilitating workshops to ensure progress and alignment.
 

This role will require both technical expertise and leadership skills to manage complex projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with global teams, supporting and driving the execution of our digital transformation strategy while ensuring project success and team cohesion.

Candidate profile 
To fulfil this role, we are looking for an IT Project Manager who can think and plan strategically while maintaining a strong focus on the ongoing execution by all involved teams. Other than that, we hope to see that you:

-Hold a relevant master’s degree and be eligible to work in Denmark
-Demonstrate proven experience in leading project teams of 10+ members and managing multiple projects in fast-paced, complex environments
-Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, enabling collaboration across cross-functional and diverse stakeholder groups
-Have strong project management capabilities, recognized for achieving followership and inspiring stakeholders and suppliers toward common goals
-Show adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach in navigating uncertainties, while being driven by a higher purpose and impact

The IT & Automation department is part of Novo Nordisk’s Digital, Data & IT – Product Supply (DD&IT PS) team. We are dedicated to supporting the global expansion of our manufacturing facilities by implementing state-of-the-art digital and IT solutions. FFEx focuses on digitalization, modernization, and ensuring the delivery of critical IT systems to support production in new facilities worldwide. Our team operates out of Lyngby and Ballerup, Denmark, and consists of a diverse group of specialists passionate about driving progress. We work closely with global stakeholders to ensure our IT systems meet the growing demands of our patients and business.
