The preferred applicant should possess at least eight years of experience in IT project management, consistently ensuring that deliverables meet expected timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. The IT Project Manager will work closely with global stakeholders to define project missions, goals, tasks, dependencies, and resource requirements.This role has a global scope, requiring collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and external resources to ensure the effective delivery of IT projects across different regions and business units.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to define project mission, goals, tasks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Administer projects to deliver outcomes in line with predetermined schedules, financial limits, resource parameters, and quality expectations, taking steps to anticipate and reduce risks.
• Build and develop project teams to ensure maximum performance, providing guidance, direction, and motivation.
• Work with both internal cross-functional teams and external resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide project updates and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience managing IT projects with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Personal Competencies:

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
