The role and responsibilities
We are looking for two IT Project Managers, these positions are located within the DD&IT Staffs area, where you will be part of a competency-based team of IT Project Managers working on projects across Finance, Legal & Global Solutions, People & Organisation, Quality and Facilities.
The focus for these two IT Project Managers will be to provide project support for digital projects within Physical Security Operations in Corporate Facilities. The initial projects in scope involve managing the switchboard system transition and supporting the replacement and IT integration of the new Alarm Monitoring System.
As our new IT Project Manager, your focus will be to drive and generate value to the business, leading and managing cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of IT projects, from initiation to completion, within established timelines and budgets.
Furthermore, your responsibilities could include, but not limited to:

-Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation
-Manage and mitigate project risks, proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables
-Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards, e.g. within validated GxP IT systems
-Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management e.g. material for Steering Committees highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations for improvement
-Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and innovation in project management processes and methodologie
What we’re looking for
We imagine that you have an academic background within a relevant field such as IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration, and can see yourself in most of the below qualifications:

-+5 years of relevant experience with IT project management and successfully delivering complex projects in larger organisation
-Strong project management skills, with the ability to self-motivate and inspire your project team to achieve collective goals
-PMP, Prince2, or other relevant project management certifications and knowledge of agile methodologies, such as SAFe are desirable
-Experience working with IT/OT Integrations, alarm systems, Cisco telephony environments, CCTV, and IoT Device management is an advantage
-Understanding infrastructure components such as servers, storage, network, system architecture, patterns, as well as IT cyber security, is an advantage
