Job Title: IT Program Manager

Enhanced IT Control Rationalization Program for User Access Management Controls (SOX)

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain program plans, governance, risk management, and status reporting.

Coordinate delivery across workstreams, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and issues.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops, driving decisions, actions, and accountability.

Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, and SteerCo updates on progress, risks, and performance.

Partner with business, IT, and IAM stakeholders to align requirements, priorities, and adoption.

Manage resources, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.

Drive process standardisation, continuous improvement, and change management to support successful delivery and user adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

• 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.

• Strong stakeholder management, governance, and executive communication skills.

• Experience managing large-scale transformation, process improvement, technology, IAM, compliance, or operational programs.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, resources, risks, and multiple competing priorities.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar project/program management certification preferred.
