As a key team player, your responsibilities include:The main job duties relate to an IT Program Manager:

• Manage program budget and funding
• Oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring program goals are reached
• Produce program reports and implement a communication plan
• Identify risks and opportunities across multiple initiatives

• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Excellent skills in IT project and program management in global contexts
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to influence others
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with business managers, IT engineering and IT operations staff
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Good knowledge of ITSM processes
• Good knowledge of Agile development methodology
• Basic knowledge of IT enterprise architecture and applications landscape
• Preferred Master/Bachelor’s degree with preference for Information Systems or Computer Science as field of study
• 10+ year of experience in the role of IT Project Manager in global context

Travel required:

• Up to 20 days per year
