The roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Management professional to take on the role of Global Product Owner for our Change & Release Management module in ServiceNow. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our IT Change & Release Management application and processes, with a focus on the evolution, design, transition, operation, and continual improvement of our Change Enablement processes.What you’ll do

  • Working closely with the IT Change and Release Management Product Manager evolve the Change & Release Management module in ServiceNow aligned to Nestlé´s Vision2Life IT strategy.
  • Provide expert guidance on ITIL and ServiceNow ITSM to the global IT Change & Release Management team.
  • Continually improve existing processes to reduce friction for our product streams while ensuring compliance to our ITSM Standard.
  • Takes a leading role in our Communities of Practices for ServiceNow and ITSM building capabilities and competencies in key domains across the IT organization.
  • Coordinate with various teams to facilitate effective communication and smooth delivery of changes and releases.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience in IT Service Management with a focus on Change & Release Management.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL4 foundation practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have understanding of enterprise architecture.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow CSDM.
  • Experience with data and analytics tools.
