If you are nodding on above questions, then apply now!Behind the titleIn this role you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with colleagues in Denmark and India, ensuring smooth daily operations of Hyper-V services across all PSnet (Product Supply Network) domains globally, providing advanced troubleshooting, while focusing on agile implementation and simplifying operations.As a Operations Analyst your responsibilities will include:
- Manage, build and operate Hyper-V platforms, appliances and supporting tools
- Configure and maintain management appliances and tools, servers and processes, including monitoring of platform health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security
- Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem end-to-end resolution
- Perform scheduled maintenance, support release deployment activities as well as share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members
- Manage the technical documentation according to Novo Nordisk standards, including Requirement Specifications and Test Plans and ensure a standardized IT infrastructure platform for consistency and reliability
- Take responsibility for deliveries to customers in accordance with approved Service Level Agreements, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and performance of services delivered from Global IT Operations (GITO)-Production Infrastructure
The skills we hope to seeWe are looking for a candidate who can fulfil most of the following requirements for this position:
- At least 5 years of experience within Hyper-V environments on operating, maintaining, and incident handling
- Deep understanding of Microsoft OS, Microsoft Server, virtualization, network topology and network security (VCP certification is considered as a plus)
- Good understanding of IaC, Infrastructure-as-Code (practical experience including PowerShell scripting is a plus)
- Knowledge of Agile principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Fluent spoken and written English
