The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring the implementation of secure and efficient networking solutions, and providing network-related support. This role requires an organized individual with a strong technical background, fluency in English, and the ability to adapt to and document the existing IT environment.Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Configure and optimize routing protocols to ensure efficient and reliable network performance.
- Implement and manage secure networking solutions, including SDWAN and IPsec tunnels.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in network design and security.
- Provide support for network-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Familiarize yourself with the existing network environment and infrastructure.
- Create, update, and maintain documentation for network systems, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to optimize network performance and security.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve our network infrastructure.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in enterprise networking and routing.
- Proficiency with SDWAN and IPsec tunnel configurations.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in network security and design.
- Experience with Cisco Meraki and/or Palo Alto is a plus.
- Experience in providing network-related support and troubleshooting network issues.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to create and maintain detailed documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic IT environment.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
