Our client, a Belgian medical development NGO is looking for a dynamic and versatile IT Expert.The global purpose of the IT Expert role is to provide & maintain an integrated, efficient, compliant and user-driven ICT environment connecting people and enabling smooth & reliable end-to-end processes.The position is based in Brussels.
- Execute and maintain ICT&S governance and related procedures.
- Serves as main point of contact for all ICT&S issues.
- Support the Business Project Manager in implementing the ODOO ERP System.
- With the ERP Project Manager & community of practice, lead on developing business need based dashboard using Power BI.
- Set up the ICT&S Budget, approves and monitors ICT&S expenditures, set up relevant KPIs, analyses and reports regularly to take necessary actions to improve results and ensure performance.
- Manage relationships with ICT&S suppliers, including contract and SLA management.
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other associated services. Progressively implement M365 internationally in countries our client operates in.
- Conduct regular system monitoring, performance tuning, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal M365 platform performance.
- Assist with user training and documentation to promote effective utilization of M365 tools and features.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users experiencing M365-related issues.
- Implement and maintain security policies, compliance requirements, and data protection measures within the M365 environment. Ensures best practices are used by all users to ensure data integrity.
- Lead the development of community of practice in the area of activity concerned
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft solutions, including M365 app and tenant administration, Azure, and Power Platform.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong proficiency in configuring and managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks in M365 environment.
- Experience with identity and access management, including Entra/Azure Active Directory configuration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong understanding of IT architecture, service providers, and integrators.
- Strong understanding of business needs and flows.
- Experience in IT governance, contract management, and relationship management of ICT suppliers.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies, GDPR basics, and ICT security.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Dutch, French, and English (both spoken and written).
- Service-minded, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
