As an IT Environment & Release Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our testing, training and production environments.If you are passionate about Providing guidance and support to the project team and end-users on environment-related challenges, to drive business insights and have a desire to contribute to the success of a leading healthcare organization, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities· Managing the environments, including development, testing, training and production environments.· Coordinating the release of new features and functionality into the various environments.· Ensuring that the environments are properly configured and maintained.· Collaborating with the development team to ensure that code changes are properly tested and deployed.· Managing the release schedule and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that releases are properly planned and communicated.· Identifying and managing environment-related risks and issues.· Providing guidance and support to the project team and end-users on environment-related issues.Requirements· Experience of release and environment management across complex multi function and multi geographic deployments· Good planning and technical skills· Strong ability to run meetings and manage multiple stakeholders· High attention to detail and understanding of quality and audit requirements· Understanding of D365 important but not essential (any large scale ERP application would be considered)
