JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The resource will be part of the Digital Technology team working in the CRM area on the Contact Center stream.

He/she will support the Project Manager and the Service Manager with all the functional activities like tracking/maintaining business requirements documentation, tracking/maintaining tickets status, maintaining Solution design documentation, planning meeting with business stakeholders and technical system integrators, executing validation for technical capabilities, and communicating maintenance activities on systems.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

  • Controlling documentation availability and readiness
  • Controlling ticketing status and progress
  • Ensuring planning meeting/check agenda consistency/audience consistency/sending meeting minute etc.
  • Supporting Service Manager in properly propose/adjust ticket prioritization according to business priorities

NETWORK OF INTERACTION:

  • INTERNAL: Contact Center team, Digital Technology team
  • EXTERNAL: System Integrators and IT suppliers

TECHNICAL SKILLS – PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Preferred attitude with planning activities, data analysis

English
