Job description

We are looking for an IT Developer for our organization in the financial industry.We are developing the future Order Management applications – to enable a new Nordic solution. We are looking for a Senior Developer with knowledge on trading systems and financial markets. The ideal candidate is having a profile mixed between an IT Analyst and a Developer.What you’ll be doing:

• Writing clean and well-structured code in collaboration with the developers

• Translate and break down requirements

• Support improving our technical foundation and release processes

• Working on strategic projects and communicating with stakeholders across the value chain from business and tech

RequirementsDescription of knowledge and experience:

• Strong knowledge of trading systems and financial markets

• Experience with Java or scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Powershell

• Experience with Linux

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Understanding of products, processes, and IT systems in a capital markets organization

• Working experience with Financial information message exchange protocol FIX and Swift will be an advantage

• Can-do mindset

• Analytical thinker

• Good communicator and collaborator

• Structured, knows how to break complex problems into concrete tasks

• Curious and have a keen interest in trading systems and financial markets

• Proficient in English
