As part of OneGN, we are initiating various projects, amongst others implementing a new warehouse management system within D365FO our cloud-based ERP platform.A cross-functional and international team of true specialistsTo achieve continuous implementation and build robust supply chain solutions, we are now seeking a new colleague to join our existing team of 13 consultants, architects and delivery managers within Group IT.Our team spirit is high, and we are always ready to discuss ideas and provide feedback where needed. No day is the same and you will get a lot of opportunities to develop, both technically as well personally.Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:As Delivery Manager you will play a crucial role between the business and scrum teams, securing that business requirements are understood and working together across the IT organization to deliver accordingly. In this role you will work closely together with the team that support our reverse flow and the ware management system.You bring together the technical and business elements of developing and implementing supply chain solutions. You are able to create structure, managing stakeholders and have a background in supply chain / operations that will enable you to solve impediments effectively.In collaboration with the teams and external solution provider, you are:Planning the project from inception to post go live stages, delivering value to the business.Ensuring progress together with your business stakeholders, including updates to global processes, system security and training delivery as appropriate.Keep track off and solve impediments and escalate where necessary.Assist teams and stakeholders in preparing and setting mutual expectations prior to events.Coach and enable teams and suppliers to adopt agile ways of working.Be a change ambassador to enable the learning culture and agile mindset.Ensure the right capabilities are available in the teams to enable long term delivery capabilities.Work with product management to agree on capacity and ensure and ensure operational mastery.To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:A background that includes an advanced degree in technology areas or supply chain and operations is required, with demonstrated leadership in applying changes to applications and overseeing IT project implementation.
Proficient in creating plans and roadmaps, and bridging technology and business.Interest in supply chain applications and preferably experience in the domain, such as D365F&O and warehouse management systems.Collaborative mindset with interpersonal and communication skills.Organized, detail oriented, reliable, and adaptable to learning.Good at prioritizing and problem solving in stressful situations.Proficiency in methodologies and Azure DevOps may enhance a candidate’s qualifications.Fluent communication in both English and Danish, coupled with a history of engagement in worldwide transformation projects, is advantageous.Familiarity with Business Intelligence architecture concepts and practices can be beneficial, particularly when applied to Finance data.We encourage you to applyEven if you don’t match all the above-mentioned skills, we will gladly receive your application if you think you have transferrable skills.
