You will join Danone IT & Data as a Senior Manager Cybersecurity R&I and QFS and you will focus primarily on:

• Cyber Transformation Leadership: Lead the cyber transformation projects for R&I and QFS, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall cybersecurity strategy and objectives
• Risk Management: Maintain Cybersecurity risk map for R&I systems and processes and work with other teams to address the risks appropriately
• Policy Development: Enforce cybersecurity policies and standards in the R&I area
• Incident Response: Establish and manage incident response protocols to effectively address and mitigate security breaches
• Training and Awareness: Support design and delivery of cybersecurity training programs to enhance the security awareness of all department members
• Collaboration: Act as single point of contact from Cybersecurity for key R&I and QFS stakeholders. Work closely with IT, legal, and other relevant departments to ensure cohesive and comprehensive cybersecurity measures
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, such as GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific guidelines.

We expect you to have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on managing cyber transformation projects
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Proficiency in risk management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with risk analysis and advisory
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
