Together, we’re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges.The IT Compliance Project Manager for Radiometer is responsible for driving different areas of our IT compliance program. In August 2022 Radiometer head quarter was certified according to ISO 27001:2013. Because of the coming EU legislation NIS2, Radiometer is set out to also be certified according to ISO 27001 in our sales subsidiaries in EU – building and maintaining an ISMS (Information Security Management System). You will take a lead role in ensuring we are maintaining our head quarter ISO 27001 certification and be pivotal in the upgrade from the 2013 version to the 2022 version. All aspects of NIS2 compliance is also on the agenda for the compliance team.To facilitate the subsidiaries certification, we need a project manager, that can plan, facilitate and assist local certifications towards ISO 27001. You will ensure that plans are followed and work together with local resources to establish their local ISMS on a day-to-day basis. You will make sure that ISMS across subsidiaries are aligned and that requirements and requests to Global IT during the certification preparations and processes are planned and handled in a good way, not to put stress on Global IT teams. In our team we will build a centre of excellence within ISO 27001 certification and take a global responsibility.This position is part of the IT Compliance department located in Brønshøj, Denmark and will be on-site.   • Ensue adherence to ISO 27001:2022 version.
  • Plan, facilitate and assist in ISO 27001 certification for European subsidiaries and later global subsidiaries and potential manufacturing sites.
  • Maintain and develop Radiometer ISMS
  • Ensure development and documentation of procedures, quality instructions and work instructions
  • Facilitate and assist in risk mitigations for business areas affected by ISMS
  • Prepare reporting for ISMS Committee and ISMS Management meetings
  • Assist in planning and ensuring logistics are in place for ISO audits.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a similar academic degree within a relevant field (e.g. Engineering/Computer Science/Legal) or related work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
  • Experience in implementing a management system achieving Certification
  • We expect that you have a professional knowledge around IT and Compliance as well as implementation in a global organization.
  • Experience with standard ISO27001
  • Competent communicator able to communicate knowledge about compliance regulations in a straightforward way.
  • Able to work independently and without supervision.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Minimum five years of experience with IT in a regulated industry.
  • Knowledge in areas like Risk assessment, Computer Validation, Electronic Records & Signatures, Data Integrity, Sarbanes-Oxley etc is a benefit
