Are you ready to have a substantial impact as an IT Change Manager within Group IT?If you possess a solid background in IT Change management within a multi-sourced IT environment, we invite you to consider the role of IT Change Manager within the IT Operations division of STARK Group IT. Currently comprising three teams—IT Sourcing and Vendor Management, Service Integration and Management (SIAM), and Infrastructure and Security Operations—IT Operations is an evolving unit with a team of 15 skilled professionals.A Role of Strategic Significance with Operational ImpactIn this new position, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and continuous improvement of our IT Change Management process across all business units. Collaborating closely with other business units and our service providers, you will be responsible for the efficiency and adherence to procedures and policies, ensuring high availability of IT services.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day IT Change Management tasks in collaboration with internal development teams and service providers
  • Managing the agile and efficient day-to-day approval of changes, including chairing change advisory boards
  • Managing day-to-day IT Change Management tasks in collaboration with other business units regarding group wide changes
  • Facilitate and drive the continuous improvement of the IT Change Management process across all the business units
  • Guiding IT development, IT operations and support teams in alignment with Change Management processes
  • Reporting and collaborate on performance, progress and roadmaps with the IT Tactical Board

Your proven track record in IT Change Management, IT Infrastructure, IT Technical Management, or related disciplines. Your proficiency in managing day-to-day IT Change Management in a multi-vendor outsourced environment is an advantage, particularly if you have experience with an multi sourced setup. Your relevant experience may include:

  • Documented instances of project leadership within an international organizational context.
  • Experience managing outsourced IT or multi-sourced IT scenarios.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles.
  • Proficiency in IT Change Management.
