What You’ll Do

In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for SAP’s private cloud customers. You will align with your customers regularly, plan and steer the engagement together. Acting as the customer’s ambassador in the Enterprise Cloud Services organization, you’ll be driven to help drive our business in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

-Engagement Management – Planning and reviewing services in accordance with customer requirements, managing stakeholders.
-Delivery Management – Supervising day-to-day operations, support of projects, de-escalating critical engagements.
-Account Management – Conducting commercial account management and increasing customer satisfaction.
 

What You Bring

Applicants should ideally have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology-related field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Administration)

• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including management level at customers

• Proactive, problem-solving attitude, and customer-first mindset.

• Strong engagement management, relationship building, and de-escalation skills

• Good understanding of SAP’s cloud business, particularly private cloud offerings

• Experience of working in international environments

Additional desirable qualifications:

• Customer-facing working experience

• Account management working experience

• German language proficiency
