We attract and develop bold, agile, entrepreneurial individuals who take full ownership of their decisions; leaders drawn by a purpose to make a direct impact through their work in people’s lives.We offer employees a wealth of fulfilling challenges & growth opportunities and the chance to contribute within a fast-moving organization that is genuinely game-changing.Purpose of the PositionThe Senior IT Business Analyst Quality & EHS is a key member of the Quality & EHS IT team, responsible for managing and optimizing the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment Health Safety & Sustainability (EHS) processes supported by the Quality Connect and EHSPhere systems. This role involves leading the IT functional aspects of these systems, driving the implementation of global solutions, and ensuring alignment with business needs while maintaining compliance with industry standards.Main Responsibilities

  • Digital Transformation & Roadmaps: Drive digital transformation and create technology roadmaps aligned with business goals. Collect business needs and lead the implementation of innovative solutions.
  • System Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Connect and EHSPhere systems, ensuring they meet business expectations and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage IT projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, vendor management, and change management. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, user experience, and operational efficiency. Propose and implement technical or methodological evolutions.
  • Collaboration & Support: Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize the systems effectively. Collaborate closely with Quality & EHS stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with IT partners and technology vendors, overseeing contract management, service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • System Governance: Take ownership of the technical and functional architecture of the platforms, managing the lifecycle (patching, upgrades, migrations) to maintain a state-of-the-art system.

Experiences/Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, industrial engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly within a Quality environment. Experience with QMS systems and project management is essential.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in IT system administration, service delivery, and release management. Familiarity with GxP processes and procedures is required.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work effectively with external partners.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required, and French is an advantage.
