We are looking for a talented and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team to work with the business to translate their needs into logical requirements that can be used to implement solutions within the SAFe Agile Framework.

Alongside traditional Business Analysis skills of process modelling, role definition and functional decomposition, you will also have experience of state of art Process Mining tools and AI powered Robotic Process Automation tools as well as a good grasp of the integration and data domains.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and ensuring seamless data integration across various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to understand and document existing business processes.

• Utilize process modelling and process mining tools to perform analysis and identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Develop and present actionable process improvement recommendations to stakeholders.

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation within business processes.

• Work closely with the business to design applications and automation solutions.

• Create functional specifications to be implemented by developers.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst

• Desireable: Process Mining experience with tools like Celonis, Signavio, DISCO or similar

• RPA experience with tools like UIPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, SAP Process Automation or similar

• Experience with general data integration tools and techniques.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong project management skills.

• Knowledge of SAFe Agile Framework would be an advantage
