What you`ll do 

Summary:

We are looking for an accomplished Architecture Specialist – Upgrades who is well versed in delivering consistent, high-quality results to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team. You will contribute to SAP’s global strategy by supporting our customers with their SAP S/4 HANA adoption on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise as part of the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team.

The Role:

As an Architecture Specialist – Upgrades, you will be responsible for the technical and architectural discussions with the customer, solution roadmap development. You must:

– Bring comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools.

– Analyze and implement SAP support methodology.

– Ability to own, lead and coordinate operational tasks, escalations, process improvements.

– Deliver high quality upgrades to ensure stable operations.

– Ability to handle system release upgrades and System conversions for different SAP components like S/4 HANA, Business Warehouse, Business Objects.

What you bring

– 5+ years of SAP BASIS administration experience related to upgrades, performance issues and troubleshooting skills.

– Strong background in SAP Solutions, products, and technologies.

– Experience in technical planning, implementation and configuration for Release upgrade and System conversions.

– Should have knowledge on upgrade tools like SUM, DMO.

– Knowledge across multiple SAP and non-SAP technologies would be Plus.

– Ability to coordinates delivery and projects in a heterogeneously environment.

– Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote).

– Excellent communication both Verbal and Written in English
