You will join a close-knit and ambitious team of 7 developers, specialists and analysts, working with our EDI and customer connectivity platform. Our environment is agile, and we always look for new ways of creating value, while continually improving our existing solutions.YOUR ROLE
As an Analyst in our Customer Connectivity team, you will be focusing on our customers’ needs and requirements. We are a team who are very customer centric. You will help our customers integrate to our systems and onboard and develop our current digital solutions. You will be working on strategic cross team projects, with our business & customers driven by our brands, markets & customers. Your tasks include:

• Creating standard EDI configurations
• Supporting our customers and markets
• Analysing customer & business needs to understand how we can deliver real business value
• Understanding and working with dependencies in our supply chain
• Complex problem solving
• Strengthening our communication with users in our global markets
• Driving initiative to question ways of working today

YOUR PROFILE

• Your background could be a Bachelor/Master within IT/communication or experience with working with customer integrations.
• Business minded with a natural interest for technology and how we can use it to enhance our collaboration with customers.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written. Having more Languages skills is a great asset as you will be working in a global market.
• Thriving in an everchanging world where priorities can shift one week to another
• Can overcome complex problems and provide with suggestions to improve everyday life for our business.

You will be working with customers and stakeholders across our global markets, so it is key that you thrive in an outgoing role that requires you to meet our users at eye level and understand their viewpoints and challenges. In addition, it is important to us that you have strong communication skills and know how to bridge the gap between TECH and our end users.
