Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toIS Project ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to Motion IS in Poland. Main stakeholders are HSE and Sustainability management for all ABB Business Areas globally. You will be mainly accountable for: • Managing projects of different sizes simultaneously, for an HSE and Sustainability reporting SaaS platform • Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals • Coordinating and managing project teams, including developers, business analysts, implementation specialists and QA engineers • Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials • Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued • Reporting on project status, including a plan for its successful completion, finding opportunities and managing risks • Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal customers, internal and external suppliers • Creating and updating necessary documents for project management • Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. Qualifications for the role

• You enjoy working with Software as a Service applications and the HSE and Sustainability market
• You have at least 3 years of experience in Project Management
• Highly adept in Project Management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Visio
• You are innovative around time management and problem solving
• Proven experience of Agile project management
• You are communicating in English on a professional level
• You have excellent communication skills and you are able to deliver results
• Certification in project management, Scrum Master certification an advantage
