Job Description:UE07: £40,247.00 – £47,874.00 Per Annum.CMVM / Medical School / Deanery of Clinical Sciences / Institute For Regeneration & Repair.Open Ended Contract – Permanent.Full Time – 35 Hours Per Week.The Opportunity:The Institute for Regeneration and Repair (IRR) seeks a Research Engagement Manager to join our vibrant Communications and Engagement Team. The Research Engagement Manager will contribute to raising the profile of IRR and empower diverse key partners to engage with our research. The post-holder will also contribute to and lead on a portfolio of IRR strategic initiatives.This post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering job-share or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.The salary for this post is £40,247 to £47,874 per annum.Your skills and attributes for success: (insert up to 5 top criteria)

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similarly mixed responsibility role
  • Training in communications or public engagement and science or health communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge exchange and/or engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to design, manage, deliver and evaluate a range of communications/research engagement activities, showing initiative and creativity combined with accuracy and attention to detail.
