The Position
As Integrated Quality
(IQ) Product Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will lead a dynamic team and leverage new technologies to create scalable solutions to enable efficient insights and related decision making. This is to further enhance our commitment to quality and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
In this role, you will develop and execute a strategic roadmap for data product initiatives that align with the overall goals of Integrated Quality and Novo Nordisk, enhancing decision-making capabilities for GxP processes at scale.
Main responsibilities will include:

-Lead a project team of e.g. data scientists and engineers to develop and implement innovative data solutions
-Support and navigate the political landscape of Novo Nordisk and develop cross-functional partnerships to ensure data product initiatives meet business needs and objectives
-Identify and implement emerging data technologies to create best-in-class data products, strengthening Novo Nordisk’s ability to make informed GxP decisions at scale
-Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data products, driving the adoption of best practices and standards to ensure the integrity, reliability, and scalability of GxP data solutions
-Ensure the integrity and reliability of GxP data across various systems and processes
Furthermore, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has a strong knowledge of GxP regulations, requirements, and guidelines, other than expertise in data management, and analytics product development.
To succeed in this role, you have:

-A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
-Extensive experience in data technology, architecture, QA, or a related field
-Gained the said experience within a highly regulated industry e.g. pharmaceutical, food, banking, aerospace
-Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project and portfolio management
-Full English proficiency, both written and spoken
On a personal level, you possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, along with the ability to set clear quality direction and contribute to solving complex challenges. You are self-driven, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative, which results in a can-do attitude and proactive approach to performance improvement.
Finally, you are well-organized, with the ability to create strong results by engaging team members.
About the Department
The IQ Product Lead position is part of Novo Nordisk’s Integrated Quality area within the Product Supply, Quality and DD&IT division. The department is dedicated to ensuring the quality and compliance of pharmaceutical products through robust data management and innovative technological solutions. The team consists of highly skilled professionals working collaboratively to support the company’s mission of improving patient outcomes.
