We are looking for an Associate to join our IP-IT-Data teamThe teamOur IP/IT/Data team advises high profile Belgian and international entities in national and international cases, whether it is advisory, litigation or transactional work (in support of the firm other practices).The team is passionate about new technologies, copyright, industrial property rights trade secrets, data and unfair competition. Our clients operate in a large variety of sectors such as media, consumer goods and mobility.Our lawyers work in close collaboration with the international networks of top-tier independent foreign law firms as well as with our own European and International department.We are eager to team-up with top-notch lawyers and are currently looking to strengthen our IP/IT/Data team with a talented Dutch speaking attorney-at-law.What we are looking for?Our new colleague:

• has an excellent academic track record and/or an additional LLM in IP
• interested and/or experience in IP, IT and Data related files
• has an outstanding level of Dutch and English and a good knowledge of French
• is passionate about the legal aspects regarding innovation and creation
• has an entrepreneurial mind-set, wants to go the extra mile and is solution-focused
• is a dynamic, driven and motivated team-player
• has a client-oriented approach with a proactive mind-set
