Who are we looking for?

To handle all relevant and legally required Investor Relations activities and Providing value support for defining, implementing strategic financial focus and evaluating financial results

What will you be doing?
-To carry out the necessary studies and provide information to ensure the compliance of the company with the Turkish Commercial Code and the Capital Markets Legislation
-Responding to written and verbal information requests from investors and analysts
-Representing the company in the field of domestic and foreign investors
-Informing investors on developments about the company and the industry
-To provide internal coordination on issues related to shareholders
-Preparing reports and announcements related to financial statements analyze for questions that may come from investors and analysts
-Preparing and publishing notifications regarding PDP disclosures

Who are You?

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering

-Preferably having an MBA degree
-2-3 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance or strategy
-Having Capital Markets Activities Level 3 and Corporate Governance Rating Specialist Licenses
-Experienced in financial statement analysis, financial modelling, capital markets,

-Excellent communication, leadership and management skills
-Strong interpersonal skills, emotional maturity and self-motivation
-Advanced level of presentation and reporting skills
