Accor has an offer to bring new life to the way you live, work, play and do business with a personalized guest experience.Job DescriptionWithin the team headed by SVP Financial Communication & Investor Relations to CFO Accor Global, responsible for managing the release of the required documentation related to Financial Communication (e.g. URD, Interim Financial Report), accountable for the preparation and release of both periodic and permanent regulated information, and providing accurate financial and strategic analysis to the Top Management in a demanding environmentReporting linesTo SVP Financial Communication & Investor Relations to CFO Accor GlobalKey RelationsInternally: All Finance family (Corporate controller, Consolidation team, Accounting, Treasury team, Tax team), Legal family, Communication family, Sustainability family and T&C familyExternally: Equity brokers, sell-side analysts, bankers, auditors, external providersQualificationsMain accountabilitiesInvestor relations: Assisting Top Management in their relations with investors
- Assisting Group CEO and Group CFO in meetings with investors, including travel organization
- Preparation of roadshows and conferences for the Top Management including investor targeting, analysis of the shareholder structure and accountability for the preparation of back-up documents
- Preparing and updating key material supports to CFO Accor Global, requiring solid skills to answer to urgent requests in a high-pressure environment
- Supporting SVP Financial Communication & Investor Relations to CFO Accor Global in the preparation of presentation and talking points for any external events based on the knowledge of the competitive landscape and hospitality newsflows
- Support to maintain relationship with individual investors (dedicated mailbox + annual meeting(s))
Financial communication: responsible for the management and release of required documentation
- Project management for required documents related to Financial Communication within a listed company (e.g. Universal Registration Document, Interim Financial Report, AGM) in collaboration with other teams (Finance, Legal, ESG, Human Resources) and external providers.
- Preparation of the press releases and presentations
- Financial results: quarterly, half-yearly, yearly
- Annual General Meeting
- Capital Market Day
- Production and release of periodic and permanent regulated information.
- Assuring compliance of the required documents with the up-to-regulations and requirements from market authorities, assisting teams for the compliance of their activity regarding market regulation and releases requirements (e.g., issuing of bonds).
Financial markets
- Tracking share price evolutions for Accor and competition, answering rapidly to analysis on new competitors requested by the Top management while assuring high-quality level of analysis
- Analysing valuation multiples evolution
- Tracking analyst consensus (target price, operating figure expectations)
- Supporting SVP Financial Communication & Investor Relations to CFO Accor Global with the consistency of the relationship with sell-side and buy-side analysts, including analysis of the research of sell-side analysts for the Top management
Analysis and reporting to the Top Management: financial and strategic analysis, competitive landscape, hospitality activity
- Analysis of the hospitality industry and of main competitors (including hotel groups, OTA, Global Distribution System)
- In-depth analysis of key competition topics according to the context (e.g. sensitivity to RevPAR, indebtedness)
- Benchmarking and recommendations to the Top Management
Main complexity / Critical issue in the job
- Heterogeneity and urgency of the top management requests, notably in rapidly evolving financial markets
- Short time limit to prepare financial disclosures
- Complexity related to the Group’s diversified geographical footprint and activity diversification (segments, operations…)

- English and French
Profile
- Academic: Top/Major engineering or business school and/or SciencesPo
- 2-3 years experience in the field of Equity Research, Investor Relations or finance
- Previous experience in contact with financial market
- Ideally knowledge of the hospitality sector
