Trustee team is a part of the Markets and Securities Services. The role of the trustee is to supervise the activities of a collective investment or pension fund, ensuring that the fund acts in accordance with legal regulations and the legal status of the entity.The purpose is the protection of the interests of fund investors and pension fund participants. This activity is performed based on open communication with our customers.On your typical day you will be mostly responsible for:·Learning of our processes, products, business connections and relations between teams/divisions necessary to complete daily tasks·The process of Net Asset Value Review verification, as well as resolving ad-hoc cases and data inconsistencies . Overseeing Clients’ financial instruments and Fund Accounting records·Verifying various data received from external vendors such in respect of their correctness and completeness·Working with Citi booking, safekeeping, clearing and tracking systems·Cooperation and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external teams involved in your area of responsibility·Working closely with Citi Clients – powerful financial institutions·Identifying and reporting of any gaps and risks in a process that leads to implementing more robust controls. Participation in preparations for internal and external audits·Actively engagement in improvement initiatives, procedures updates and systems enhancements in Warsaw. Support of the team in nonstandard situations which require expert knowledge and expertiseWhat’s in it for you?
