Product Supply Finished Products Manufacturing is an area within Novo Nordisk that is responsible for IntraLogistics across Novo Nordisk Product Supply in 15+ manufacturing sites. We are looking for a Project Manager within IntraLogistics who will be driving global initiatives supporting our growing department.The position
As the IntraLogistics (WH/MH) Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with our global network of manufacturing sites and headquarter stakeholders. The projects will include implementation of global standards, development and execution of IntraLogistics assessments, setting up operational readiness/performance management metrics etc.As a Project Manager, a high degree of independence is required as you will represent and make decisions that will impact many areas across Novo Nordisk, covering the end-to-end IntraLogistics process.Moreover, you will have some travel, primarily between our sites in Denmark: Hillerød, Kalundborg, and Bagsværd, where you will be based. Additionally, some travel activities should be expected to our production sites in Brazil, USA, China, and France (maximum 20 days per year).Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:An Academic Degree in e.g. Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Engineering combined with strong presentation skillsAt least 3+ years of experience with Programme/Project leadership combined with a good insight and experience within IntraLogistics and/or supply chainUnderstanding of organisational structure, performance management and incentive structureExperience with working at many different levels of the organisation and across many functional areasProfessional proficiency in EnglishOn a personal level, you inspire and motivate others. As a strong innovator, you constantly seek improvement and enjoy challenging existing processes. Driven by optimization, you possess strong networking skills that you can effectively utilize for the benefit of Novo Nordisk. The role of Project Manager requires a high level of flexibility, which aligns perfectly with your capabilities.
