In this role, you will be responsible, in particular, for the following missions:
– Manage the file of the person accommodated and support them in all their socio-administrative procedures and access to rights;
– Respond to medico-social requirements (public health, schooling, etc.);
– Promote the autonomy of people through the implementation of personalized projects and collective actions;
– Participate in the search for new partners and contribute to the proper integration of the structure into the local fabric;
– Carry out the inventory of fixtures upon entry and exit of the persons accommodated and ensure the follow-up of payments;
– Contribute to “living well together” by ensuring compliance with the internal regulations and ensuring the maintenance of the premises and rooms;
– Prepare the person accommodated for leaving the system and support them in finding solutions within the framework of existing systems.

The position is to be filled for a period of 8 hours per week on Mondays.ProfilHolder of a State diploma in the social field at Bac +2/3 level (Specialist educator/Social worker/ESF advisor, health and social careers, etc.) and with similar experience, you know the environment of the public received, and the institutional partners. You master the fundamentals of social action and have a good knowledge of common law systems.
With good interpersonal skills, you enjoy working in a team. You have strong writing and argumentation skills. You know how to show reserve and distance.
You are proficient in IT tools (Office Pack).
Driving license B required.
