Starting in January 2026, we are seeking motivated support for a period of 6 months.

• GRADUATE PROGRAM HIRING PROCESS
• In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end hiring process for our Graduate Program, including pre-screening of candidates, candidate communication, and support on interview scheduling and Selection Days.
• ACTIVE SOURCING
• You’ll conduct internal headhunting, primarily through LinkedIn, to identify and engage with top talent. You’ll play a key role in building candidate pipelines and connecting with potential hires.
• RECRUITING SUPPORT
• Finally, you’ll provide support in interview scheduling, pre-screening candidates, and assisting with internship recruitment efforts. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to deliver an excellent candidate experience.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

• Advanced studies in the fields of HR, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or similar
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and stand out with an efficient and results-driven work style
• In addition to your professional expertise, you bring a high level of team spirit
• Curious and eager to learn
