Internship: Software Test Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Test development and automation, in particular Java and Python
• Test execution and reporting
• Test framework development and automation
• Responsibilities can grow based on dedication and skills

Your Profile:

• Ongoing studies in Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering and Management, Information and Computer Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent
• Experience with scripting languages
• Experience in Java and Python is an advantage
• Experience in structured programming is an advantage
• Experience in test automation (e.g. Jenkins) is an advantage
• Independent working style and motivation to learn
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Solid English skills (conversation and writing)
• Availability approximately 18hrs. per week (flexible working time)

Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.370- gross/month for full-time equivalent at NXP Austria.
