What you’ll build
As a Working Student / Intern / Thesis Student in the Software Asset Management (SAM) team, you will:

-Gain practical experience in execution and supporting to improve IT operations within a global organization
-Learn how modern technologies like AI and SAP Signavio are applied to improve operational processes
-Collaborate with an international, high-performing team
-Develop critical thinking and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
Minimum employment duration: 6 Months, preferred start date: April 1st, minimum working hours per week: 20
What you bring
Essential requirements:

-Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences in one of the preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, IT, economics
-Solid computer skills, especially MS Office Suite
-Fluent English language skills, Polish as advantage
-Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
-Eager to learn, explore new ideas, and embrace challenges with curiosity
-Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player
Nice-to-have:

-Experience or coursework in data analytics or business intelligence
-Knowledge of business process modelling (e.g., BPMN, SAP Signavio, or similar platforms) and process automation
-Familiarity with AI concepts or tools
-Experience working in international or cross-functional teams

Compensation Range Transparency
SAP believes pay transparency is essential for cultivating an honest, supportive, and inclusive culture, representing a significant step in our commitment to leading the way in achieving pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range for the posted role, with a targeted range of 31 – 39 (PLN). The actual amount offered to successful candidates will fall within this range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, and role scope, as determined during the selection process. SAP also offers specific benefits to employees in hourly or similar roles, subject to the terms of applicable plans or policy terms.
