Job Description

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Service team in Milan, passionate about data analysis. This role focuses on managing the installed base data and generating insightful reports to support business development within a specific business unit.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and analyze installed base data, including equipment status, contract expiration, and sales opportunities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and support automated processes for data updates and change requests, ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with customer service teams and sales organization to ensure data quality in SFDC (CRM platform Salesforce.com) and support opportunity management.
• Analyze sales opportunities from installed base data and collaborate with the sales team to optimize these opportunities.
• Support initiatives to drive growth within a designated business unit through data-driven insights and analysis.

Requirements:

• You possess a University background in any engineering field, such as engineering management, data analysis, biomedical engineering, or similar disciplines.
• You have advanced Excel skills and feel confident with working with numbers.
• You are outgoing, capable of building relationships within a diverse team, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• You are fluent in Italian and can easily communicate in English.
