Job Purpose

Internship to support the activities of the security department: to develop the reporting and KPIs of the service and to monitor all security-related incidents that impact the group worldwide (natural disasters, criminality, war, thefts, illicit trafficking), its assets & sites, business travelers, and expatriates.

Key Accountabilities :

• Reporting of the activity
• To develop KPIs
• Monitor security events worldwide
• Business travelers & expatriates worldwide
• Dedicated support to Global Head of Security
• Supporting the regions and strengthening service cohesion

Key Working Relationships :

The intern will work directly with the Global security leader.

He/she will also work with the regional security managers.

He/she may also work regularly with other departments such as compliance, legal, real estate and cybersecurity

Knowledge, Experience & Skills :

• Education & Qualifications : Master’s degree in progress
• Experience : Previous internship in a public service/authority or company would be an advantage
• Specialist Knowledge & Skills : Microsoft 365 (Essential) and Data visualization (Power BI) (Desirable)
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills : Serious & professional, good public speaking skills
