Internship Red Bull Energy Wear Marketing

Red Bull Energy Wear offers a wide product portfolio for the brand lovers of Red Bull and beyond. Representing Red Bull sports teams, events, and culture projects locally and on the global stage. Our aim is to encourage excitement, anticipation and celebration of the fans, making memories wearable.

As part of the Red Bull Energy Wear Marketing Team, you’ll drive fanwear activations for over 20 different Red Bull teams and events, such as Oracle Red Bull Racing, RB Leipzig, Red Bull KTM Racing Team, FC Red Bull Salzburg, Red Bull – BORA – hansgrohe and more, in close alignment with the overall sports and event calendar. You’ll promote these activations on Red Bull Shop’s social media channels and through email marketing.

We are looking for a motivated talent to join our team from November/December 2025 for a period of 6 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

  • SOCIAL MEDIA
  • You´ll assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content. Also, you´ll monitor social media trends to provide insights and track performance. Additionally, you´ll develop a strong understanding of our community of over 20 teams and events. During your internship you´ll support the execution of campaigns and collaborate with the marketing team on various projects.
  • EMAIL MARKETING
  • As an intern you´ll support the creation, scheduling, and analysis of email marketing campaigns to enhance audience engagement and drive growth. You will help identify and analyze target groups to tailor messages effectively for different audience segments. Additionally, you´ll support the creation of use cases to demonstrate how email marketing can drive engagement and conversion. You´ll also monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future strategies.
  • GENERAL SUPPORT
  • In addition to managing social media and email marketing tasks, you´ll support the Red Bull Energy Wear Marketing Team in creating, developing, and executing both offline and online marketing activities, as well as assisting with on-site content productions.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Studies in the field of New Media or Marketing.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • First experience in social media and/or email marketing.
  • Passion for sports, events and the digital media landscape.
  • Ideally, experience in image and video editing with Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong writing abilities.
  • Proactive and creative mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Initiative, quick comprehension, and independence.
