Job description

In your new role you will carry out measurements, develop setups and support automation with the following tasks, among others:

• Assembly of evaluation boards and electrical check-out
• Support with product characterization tasks
• Carrying out and monitoring recurring measurements
• Support with automation and programming activities

Further Information

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

Duration: min. 6 months

Your Profile

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

• Good practice with MS-Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Programming skills, e.g. Matlab
• Hardware knowledge such as soldering techniques is an advantage
• Experience in handling measurement equipment like scopes and meters as a plus
• Good organizational skills and willingness to take on responsibility
• Eager to learn and grow in the semiconductor industry
• Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf).
