THE INTERNSHIP
For our site in Fornovo San Giovanni we are looking for 1 intern to join the Quality Assurance Department. During this formative period, you will have the opportunity to understand the role and the importance of the function within a company that produces Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) destined to the manufacturing of drugs for Human Pharma and Animal Health. Furthermore, you will acquire skills performing transversal activities and dealing with a multinational company context. Definitely something new to learn every day!
Tasks & what you will be learning
The intern will work closely with expert company employees. This daily collaboration will allow him/her to understand the Good Manufacturing Practices and to adapt/use them within various company fields, such as:
Production documentation

The importance of the proper registration of all the operations prescribed by Batch Records
-
The importance of the proper conservation of the documentation related to the production of each Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient batch
Standard Operative Procedures (SOPs)
-
Scope and importance of the SOP, the writing of an SOP and related training
-
The role of Quality Assurance in the preparation of SOPs and the alignment of SOPs to guidelines
Production process
-
Change Control concept and its impact on product quality and process validation
-
Deviation management and impact evaluation for batch release and CAPA concept (Corrective Action/Preventive Action, in order to correct or prevent the repetition of the deviation)
Requirements
-
Master’s degree in CTF or Pharmacy;
-
Master in Quality Assurance is a plus

Languages: Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English (level B2)

Good knowledge of Ms Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Curious and analytical attitude, propensity for continuous improvement, innovation and teamwork
