We are looking for motivated interns to join our Logistic Operation Department!
As Logistic and co-packing operation specialist you will…
- logistic accounting tasks (inventory movements, system interfaces, waste analysis)
- KPIs analysis and tracking
- financial and economic evaluations
- cost analysis and budget support preparation
- participate to the project team meetings preparing minutes and data collection
- Grant the capacity of copackers to deliver right availability of co packed products in right quantity and right timing through constant evaluation of demand, building strong relation with co-packers and pack suppliers keeping also an open communication with them
- Take care of BOM updates management for co packed items
- Work closely with supply planning copacking setting up a smooth collaboration to fulfil the customer service delivery.
- Be part of roll out to deliver all copack related activities within I2M projects on time & in full considering time, quality, and cost for Italian market
- Promote productivity projects, process optimization and best practices implementation across the NWE E2E team
You might be the one we are looking for if…
- You are a student/ recent graduate of Business school, University or equivalent
- You have already completed an internship in logistic area (preferred but not mandatory)
- You are recognized for your your collaborative, team working approach and in establishing good relationships with your stakeholders in addition to time and priorities management, analytic skills
- You are proficient with Office package and SAP environment (preferred)
- You are fluent in English
- Establishing always good relationships with different people is your cup of tea

- Place of work: Milan, Italy
- Beginning: 1st October 2024
- Duration: 6 months (up to 9 months based on your performance review)
- Compensation: 1000€ gross (up to 1200€ in case of relocation/ commuting with more than 100km)
