Finance, OPS and Data are part of a key business area supporting our global growth. In our Learning & Development team, we build capabilities, upskill talents and embed knowledge — ensuring our people are equipped to meet the challenges of our fast-paced, data-driven environment.

We are looking for a motivated talent who can join us in January 2026 for six months.

• MY WINGS ADMINISTRATION and DATA MIGRATION
• In this internship you’ll support with migrating and structuring data for our learning platforms and ensuring smooth operational execution of “My Wings for Learning Bulls.” You’ll be monitoring user activity, feedback, platform health, and ensuring all admin tasks are handled.
• TRAINING CREATION & E-LEARNING DEVELOPMENT
• You’ll help to develop and execute comprehensive learning programs and training from the conception phase to full delivery in a formal setting.

• Fluent in written and spoken English
