You will be involved in the following programs:The Intrapreneurs Program is open to all VINCI employees who have an idea for a new business in the fields of construction, mobility, energy, and real estate and who want to contribute to build the future of cities and infrastructures for a greener growth. This program helps intrapreneurs go from idea to market in 8 months thanks to top-notch training program delivered by the Stanford Center for Professional Development, workshops with high caliber experts and mentoring with VINCI managers, among other benefits.You will report to the Intrapreneurs Program Manager.Responsibilities :You will support every aspect of the Intrapreneurs program. As an intern in our team, your responsibilities will be the following:Support the selection process of intrapreneurs projects:– Support the definition and execution of the communication plan for the recruitment of the next cohort– Support the application management process within our tool– Conduct sector analysis and benchmarks on selected topics when neededIncubation & acceleration program support– Day-to-day program management support (workshop organization, events, sharing content with the participants…)– Regular follow up (weekly or monthly) with intrapreneurs projects– Support quarterly reporting activities (projects from current and previous cohorts)Portfolio management activities: support in conducting and updating project reviews and communications supports.Requirements:6 months internshipYou will be based in Leonard:Paris office at 6 Place Colonel Bourgoin, Paris, 75012.Profil– Experience or interest in project management and / or innovation management– Interested in developing your knowledge experience in the European ecosystem specially in the areas of construction, real estate, energies and mobility– Analytical and synthesis skills– Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills– High level of curiosity and willingness to learn new things– Extremely organized and independent– High responsiveness and proactivityCritères candidatNiveau d’études min. requisBac +4Niveau d’expérience min. requisDébutantLocalisation du posteLocalisation du posteEurope, France, IdF, PARIS (75)OUI = j’exclus l’adresse NON = je n’exclus pas l’adresseOuiAdresse & Ville6 Place Colonel Bourgoin, Paris, 75012.
