- Intern Recruitment: Take charge of the full recruitment cycle for various internships in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Legal, Data Science etc. This includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Career Events: Passionate about event coordination & connecting with young talent? Join us in organizing engaging university events in the Netherlands (includes workshops, career fairs, business cases and in-house days!)
- Craft our Employer Brand: Be part of shaping Henkel’s company image by taking the lead in employer branding activities such as Monthly Intern Gatherings, Job Shadowing and Hiring Manager sessions to enhance our workplace appeal.

YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Student / Fresh Graduate (3 months max.) in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management or related fields
- Proficient in written & spoken English
- You pay attention to details, and you are creative.
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Interest to learn more about Human Resources, especially Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Eager to collaborate with international colleagues within the BeNeFrance region
- Available full-time for 6 months, starting January 1st, 2025 (hybrid)
