From Talent Acquisition to People Management, this internship will offer you the chance to discover the wide HR scope an HR professional is confronted to in a SME.The assignments may vary according to profile and motivation. We attach great importance to the fact that you can develop your potential in the mission entrusted to you.Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support her team on the following tasks:Talent Acquisition:

  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to assess candidate applications.
  • Collaborate on reports of the recruitment activities.
  • Help drafting and updating job descriptions.
  • Participate in candidate interviews and draft feedback.
  • Maintaining the recruitment platform (ATS TeamTailor): change and adapt content, publish new job offers, updating the candidate database, etc.
  • Support our Campus Recruitment activities and develop tooling and reporting to follow-up on these events.
  • Some administrative tasks, e.g. send emails to candidates, schedule interviews, etc.

Employer Branding:

  • Goodies for employees and events.
  • Create materials for Career Weeks (brochures, stand, posters, …), logistic assistance, invitation and subscription to those events.
  • With the Office Manager, lead, update and post in our Alumni group.
  • Together with the HR Manager, work on the values campaign.

General:

  • Employees onboarding (onboarding meetings, onboarding trainings, etc.).
  • Training and Performance: take part in the IDT training, together with the HR Manager, learn to draft a career path for the consultants.
  • Together with the Office Manager, handle employees’ files.
  • Payroll: assist the Officer Manager.
  • Employee Benefits: learn about all different elements of the remuneration package.

Ideal profile:

  • You are pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Management Assistant.
  • You are interested in Human Resources, Employer Branding and Recruitment.
  • You have a can-do mentality, and an analytical mind.
  • Perfect command of English and of French and/or Dutch.
  • You have good communication skills; have an international mindset and you are open to new ways of working and thinking.
  • You are multi-tasked, administratively very precise and have good organizational skills.
  • You are able to work in team but also like to work autonomously.
  • You are humble, professional and rigorous, with a positive attitude.
  • Having a school agreement is mandatory.
  • Motivation, creativity, pro-activity and dynamism are key.
