Your role and responsibilities

As trainee, you will be included within the Global Product Management function to support the activities within Home and Building Automation Solutions. In our team we inspire to create solutions to simplify, make people’s lives more comfortable and safer and allow them to dedicate themselves to things of greater value for them. The work model for the role is: #hybrid This role is contributing to the Division Smart Buildings, part of the Electrification Business Area in Vittuone. You will be mainly accountable for: • Realizing market and application analysis. • Supporting the collection of market requirements for new products developments. • Benchmarking of competitors’ product offering. • Sales analysis according to country / product family. • Preparing product documentation and marketing tools in order to support sales. • Offering technical support to Sales force. You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

• Highly skilled in problem solving, team-working, communication, result orientation.
• You are at ease communicating in in Italian and fluent knowledge of English a must.
• Another European language is a plus.
• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, Electronic, Mechanical or Business Engineering; Economics, Marketing and Management.
• You are availability for short travels (domestic).
