In your new role you will:

·              Laboratory tests of dynamic switching characterisation

·              Systematic analysis of GaN GIT switching requirements

Location:

Villach

Candidate Profile:

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of Systems Design or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

·              Laboratory experience

·              Good knowledge of power electronics

·              Basic know-how in power electronics applications (DC/DC, SMPS, Drives)

·              Good analytical skills to derive and reach balanced solutions to technical challenges

·              Ability to work goal oriented and effectively communicate throughout diverse parts of an organization

·              Intercultural awareness and are keen on pursuing your career in a professional innovative and multi-cultural environment

·              Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group D for Master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
